    Dear Reed Parents,

On behalf of Reed’s Parent Teacher Association, I would like to extend a warm welcome to new and returning students and their families. The mission of the PTA is to enrich the lives of our children and the school community. The Reed School PTA is comprised of a group of dedicated parent and teacher volunteers working together towards creating the best possible educational environment for every child at Reed. The PTA exists because we believe, as research has proven, that children do better when their parents and families are involved both at home and at school. Grades elevate. Test scores rise. Self-esteem grows. Schools improve. If you are interested in learning more or want to get involved, please join us for a PTA meeting. The meetings are scheduled to occur on the second Wednesday of the month at 9:00AM in Room 0.

Thank you for supporting Reed School!

There are many ways you can support the PTA at Reed:

    • Become a Member! - The PTA relies upon annual family membership dues to fund our many programs. At Reed, the PTA supports student enrichment, community building events, parent education, virtual and in-person assemblies, performing arts and teacher appreciation.

**You can take care of Membership Dues online here.

    • Order Spirit Wear– View our revamped merchandise including bleach tie-dye and bleach splatter-paint designs.

    • Attend PTA meetings - PTA meetings are open to all dues-paying members and are a terrific way to learn what's going on at school.  The principal almost always attends and gives updates.  PTA meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 8:45am for Soial and 9:00am meeting at Reed in Room 0.

Details about PTA events throughout the year will be communicated in a number of ways – please look for your Reed News Flash as well as Teacher emails.  You can also use these links to check online:
