WHAT IS THE PTA?
The RUSD Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a membership-based organization that brings together parents, teachers and staff to coordinate parent volunteers and special programs that enhance our children’s education. There are many opportunities to get involved, but the first step is to join and pay your annual dues.
WHERE DO YOUR PTA ANNUAL DUES GO?
Your PTA annual dues go directly to pay for programs that would not exist without your participation. $30/family plus any additional donation per campus or sibling can be added on this form. Programs supported by your annual dues and contributions include:
Assemblies * Field Trips * Lunchtime Enrichment Programs * Field Day * Parent Ed * Library Books *
Teacher and Staff Development * Performing Arts * Library Assistance * Teacher Appreciation *
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Your contribution is welcome in any amount and makes a difference. We strive for 100% participation! Stay tuned for volunteer opportunities, Parent Ed events and other PTA News every Wednesday in your school NewsFlash or District Headline News.
