Welcome to Mrs. Corsiglia's Classroom!

I graduated from UCSC with a BA in Economics. I had the opportunity to explore other career paths prior to deciding to go back to school for my teaching credential at SSU. I began my teaching career in 1999 in San Francisco which is also where I met my husband. We have two amazing, beautiful children. After teaching in San Francisco, I taught in San Mateo, Woodside, and of course, the wonderful Reed District. I began teaching at Reed Elementary in 2010. Although I loved teaching first and second grade at Reed, I am also a person who embraces change and new challenges. After eight years at Reed, I decided it was time to experience fourth grade and am thoroughly enjoying it.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and continuing my education. My happy place is definitely out at the barn! If my children can join me, even better!
